Fuel card issues in Dubbo

Details

  • date Wednesday, December 12, 2012

As some of you may be aware Reliance Petroleum has recently completed a BP 24 hour site in Erskine Street Dubbo.

This site is adjacent our own depot and whilst it is branded BP it has no affiliation with Inland Petroleum.

Understandably this development has given way to a little confusion with our customers regarding acceptance of Inland Petroleum cards.

In an effort to minimise confusion and inconvenience we have put together a brief explanation of card acceptance.

Inland BP card:

Inland BP cards are accepted at all Inland Petroleum owned sites along with all BP branded sites.

Sales processed through sites not owned by Inland Petroleum will incur transaction fees and charges.

Inland Motorpass card:

Inland Motorpass cards are accepted at all Inland Petroleum owned sites along with any fuel outlet that accepts Motorpass cards.

Sales processed through sites not owned by Inland Petroleum will incur transaction fees and charges.

Inland Local card:

Inland Local cards are only accepted at Inland Petroleum owned sites and do not have functionality at any other fuel outlet.

By continuing to favour your preferred Inland Petroleum site not only will you be saving on fees and charges you will also be supporting a locally owned and operated business, dealing with people that know the area and know their customers.

If you have any questions regarding your fuel cards please feel free to drop into our Dubbo depot for a chat or give us a call on 02 6884 9733. We will be only too happy to provide a solution that best suits your needs.
